Due to the collapse of the Washington I-5 Bridge over the Skagit River, please follow these alternative directions to our campground:
I-5 Northbound via Bellingham
Continue onto WA-529 N
Merge onto I-5 N via the ramp on the left toVancouver B.C
Take exit 225 for Anderson Rd
Turn right onto Anderson Rd
Turn right onto Blodgett Rd
Turn left onto Melody Ln
Take the 1st left onto Park Ave
Turn left onto Anderson Rd
Slight right to merge onto I-5 N
Take exit 226 for Kincaid St/WA-536 W
Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Kinaid St/Washington 536 W/City Center
Turn left onto WA-536 W/Broad St/E Kincaid St
Continue to follow E Kincaid St
Turn right onto S 2nd St
Continue onto N 4th St
Continue onto Riverside Dr
Turn right onto WA-538 E/E College Way
At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto WA-9
Turn right onto State Route 20 E
At the traffic circle, continue straight onto W Moore St
Turn left onto WA-9 N/N Township St
Continue to follow WA-9 N through the Canadian border to BC-11 highway
Proceed to Cultus Lake via normal route

Preserve Description
Nestled in the picturesque Fraser River Valley, minutes away from the recreation hub of Cultus Lake, Thousand Trails is a perfect getaway for all ages. With endless nearby hiking trails and water activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Try your hand at fishing in the renowned Vedder River, the mighty Fraser River, or Cultus Lake itself. Take a short trip into town to experience the best water park in BC, bumper boats, “mile-high” ice-cream, or almost anything else you can think of.
Stay on the preserve and enjoy the outdoor heated swimming pool, the indoor game room or the myriad activities available for kids and adults. Our campground is outfitted with a very diverse array of sites so everyone will enjoy their experience to the fullest. Depending on what you require to maximize your vacation enjoyment, we have something to offer you.
With the always friendly, helpful staff, our preserve is a welcome break from hectic city life. 24 hours a day a ranger is on duty to secure the preserve and offer assistance in any way possible. Surrounded with such pristine scenery and pleasant folks, one cannot help but relax and enjoy.
In addition, less than 20 minutes down the road is the bustling city of Chilliwack, where one can find everything they need. Enjoy the night market with live local entertainment, take in a movie, dine in one of many fine restaurants, or just pick up some groceries and head back to the preserve. Chilliwack has everything a big city does without the big city crowds.
