From the South: From I-275 North, take Exit #45-B (I-4) towards Orlando. Follow I-4 for 26 miles. Take Exit #27 FL-570 E toward Lakeland/Winter Haven (portions toll). Then, take Exit #10 to US-98 toward Lakeland/Bartow. Follow US-98 for 9 miles. Merge onto US-17 S, follow for 28 miles to the preserve.

From the North. (Clermont): Take US 27 South – appx 70 miles. Right on SR 64 – appx 12 miles. Turn left on US 64 towards Zolfo Springs – Appx 7 miles. Right on US 17 South – appx ¾ mile. Cross Peace River bridge & Preserve is on the right.
