Take exit 221 for WA-534 E toward Lake McMurray
Turn right onto WA-534 E
Turn left onto WA-9 N
At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto WA-9
Turn left onto W State St
Take the 3rd left onto State Route 20 W/WA-20 W
Turn left onto N Burlington
Turn right onto W Rio Vista
Continue onto Avon Cutoff
Turn left to merge onto I-5 N towardVancouver B.C.
Take exit 270 toward Lynden/Birch Bay
Turn left onto Birch BayLynden Rd
Turn right onto Harborview Rd
Birch Bay will be on right

Preserve Description
Close to the Canadian border, this delightful camping preserve lies just a mile away from a beautiful salt water beach. The tide at this beach goes out for almost a mile, leaving about two feet of warm water in which to play and splash about. Fishing is available nearby as well as bountiful oyster picking and clam digging.
