Each of the resorts has a host of amenities that will make your stay comfortable, fun and enjoyable. Our resorts are close to the top destinations, attractions, lakes, outdoor activities and world-class beaches that make Florida the place to be almost all year-round. You can spend your time being as busy or leisurely as you want to be. You will be surrounded by people who are exactly in the same frame of mind that you are.

Our cottages are large enough to comfortably accommodate sleeping space for up to six adults with linens provided. Have the family join you with plenty of room for everyone.

You will have a full-sized kitchen where you can cook and entertain. Each cottage is equipped with refrigerator, gas range, microwave oven, pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils. Just bring your favorite recipes and ingredients and you are on your way to a gourmet meal in your home away from home.

Encore Florida Explorer customers will receive one month of use in the type of unit purchased each year (November, December, January, February, March or April), which can be used at any of the resorts subject to a reservation requirement. The customer will also receive one floating month of use in the type of unit purchased in the off-season (May, June, July, August, September and October).
