April 8  EASTER SUNDAY
The Easter Bunny will be hiding lots of Easter eggs somewhere in thepark. Be sure to come by and join us for the annual egg hunt.

May 26-27-28  Memorial Day Weekend & DOGGIE DAYS IN THE PARK
Once again Saturday is the dogs day to show off in Town Square. Fun competitions and treats for all the dogs. Then, Sunday is the Kids day to compete on a obstacle course in Town Square. The first Bingo Party and musical entertainment of the season will start this weekend.

June 16-17  IN IT TO WIN IT WITH DAD
“Happy Fathers Day” Come join us for something different and lots of fun. Kids and Dads or your special partner will meet in Town Square for some IN IT TO WIN IT competition games. Saturday night we will gather for some fun on the island roasting marshmallows or cooking bread on a stick.

June 23-24  THE COUNTRY FAIR
Yes, we have some good old fashion country fair competition games. Remember the Corn Husking, Jello Slurping, Sack Races, Tug-a-War games? This is for all ages and all spectators. The annual Horseshoe Tournament will be starting soon.

June 30   July 1-2-3-4 BEND OVER THE 4TH
It’s a long week of fun celebration! Saturday is our annual Yummy Banana Split Extravaganza built and eaten by our guests. Only 4 teams of 12 so sign up early at the recreation center so you won’t miss out. Sunday evening will be the Patriotic Bingo Party. Then on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we have Patriotic Volleyball, Patriotic Crafts and the Patriotic Parade. The annual Horseshoe Tournament is now in full swing. Our most popular evening entertainers “Summit Express Jazz Band” play Saturday evening.

July 7-8  READY – SET – GO FISH
Calling all you fishermen big & little to get your gear ready for the first of many “ The Biggest Fish” tournaments. Who will catch the longest and shortest today? We have many other great fishing activities for you all weekend, so make your reservations as soon as possible. Mr. Magic entertains Saturday night.

July 14-15  NASCAR RACES BEND/SUNRIVER
Buy the perfect Hot Wheel car from the recreation center, start your engine, do a test run, and join us at the Saturday races to win the big trophy. Adults, there is a race just for you.

July 16-20  PICKLEBALL MANIA
Once again we hope you will join us for a fun and friendly Pickleball Competition. Events will include men’s & ladies Round Robin doubles, singles and mixed with skill levels. July 21- 22  PIRATES OF THE DESCHUTES
Those pesky pirates were seen again, roaming around our park looking for the treasure. You Scallywags & Landlubbers are urged to join a team on land or by sea (river) in search of the big treasure chest.

July 28-29  BEACHY FUN IN CENTRAL OREGON
You don’t have to camp at the beach to build sand castles. Bend/Sunriver can play in the sand too. Bring your team or join one at the “imported” Sand Castle building competition. Sign up ahead as there are limited sand piles. Sunday is the Little Deschutes river “Beach Ball Race” followed by the first ever Tug-a-War across the Little Deschutes River. Buy your beach ball at the recreation center, decorate it and gather at the finish line. Will you be the recipient of the Deschutes Beach Ball trophy? Are you brave enough to join us in the Tug-a-War across the river? The "Summit Express Jazz Band" will entertain Saturday night.

August 4-5  CARNIVAL of CLOWNS
Lots of games, prizes, face painting by Patti Burchell, balloons, popcorn, ice cream and more – just lots of fun for everyone. Wear your clown costume for the “Clowning around Contest”. Then in the evening Mr. Magic will dazzle you with all those greats magic tricks. August 8 -11 the Fiddlers are in the campground and will hold classes and entertain. What a busy week.

August 11-12  BEND TT EARTHY DAY
Earthy Day activities. Lots of earthy activities – let’s celebrate the high desert region.

August 18-19  DESCHUTES RIVER RACES
Saturday will be the Little Deschutes River races. So bring your tube, raft or floating device or borrow ours. Who will win the honors of owning a unique Deschutes River Trophy? Then, Sunday we bring the races to the Family Pool. This ones for all sizes and ages. It’s a wet/wet weekend.

August 25-26  PENNY PARTY
How many different games can we invent with pennies? You will see when you join our recreation staff for an afternoon of fun and laughter.

September 1-2-3  LABOR DAY WEEKEND “YEE HAW WESTERN WEEKEND” Don’t forget to wear your western gear this weekend. Saturday is the Country Western Obstacle Course competition and Sunday we all go diving for treasures in the Hay Stack. Country Western Bingo this weekend with lots of prizes.

September 8-9  DOGGIE DIVE & SWIM
The family people pool closes and opens for the dogs - just this one weekend. All day pool fun. It’s their turn to swim and lounge by the pool in the shade with doggie music, toys and goodies. Let the Dog Vacation by the Pool begin.
