January 1 “30th Annual Polar Bear Plunge”
You’ve seen it on the news, crazy arctic dippers running the bay line in anticipation of another new year. Don’t miss this event in Birch Bay. Why not Happy 2013 your way to Birch Bay! Register and Plunge into the New Year the Birch Bay way.

May 4-6 - Cinco de Mayo Weekend
Por favor, enjoy our season kick off and the return of our Summer of Holidays by the Bay. Let’s have a fiesta potluck and party together south of the B.C. border. 

May 11-13 - Mom’s the Bomb
Enjoy a Mother’s day filled with excitement and fun. Come see what we have planned and celebrate Mom, because she really is The Bomb!

May 15-28 - Victoria and Memorial Day Weekends
Kick off your 2013 camping season at Birch Bay for our return of the Summer of Holidays. The ever popular Phase II will be opening Wednesday, May 15 and our swimming pool too! Holiday Happy Hour fun is planned complete with Karaoke and a festive site decorating contest.

June 22-23 - Splash Into Summer
We celebrate not only summer but our members too! Join us for a free Ice Cream Sundae Social, "Movie In The Park" (weather permitting) and lots of extra fun activities.

Back by popular demand Birch Bay presents: The Return of Birch Bay’s Summer of Holidays! Why celebrate our favorite cold and wet off season holidays in warm camping weather? Because we can!

June is Halloween and Harvest Month at Birch Bay
Our Ghoulish month of spooktacular proportions begins our summer of holidays. Each weekend we invite you to delight in a number of activities normally celebrated in fall fancy but this year with a summer spin. First show off your creative artistic carving talents and participate in the Birch Bay Annual Sandcastle Contest. Attend our Monster Mashbash costume party, a special park hosted scary event, and our member generated Thanksgiving Potluck. (Sign up at the Welcome Center.)

Celebrate Christmas in July with your Thousand Trails Family
In continuing our 2013 Summer celebration of holidays, we invite you to burn the Yule log, have some eggnog and bring your Santa dog as we deck our halls in HoHoHo fashion. Join us in the fun of caroling and trimming our trees for the festivities. A Jingle Ball Party, a holiday potluck, and for an early start on your holiday shopping list visit the 34th Annual Arts and Crafts Festival at the Discovery Days in Birch Bay July 20 & 21. Weekends of joy are waiting to be had by all. Warning Scrooges still welcomed, but the outcome may be hazardous to your future outlook on life.  

August’s Wizardly Welcome of a Second Spring
Join us in Birch Bay as we recognize the season of spring in the air. It might feel a little too warm, but just right for what we have planned. Be our silly little Valentine and help share the love of camping as we get ready for an eggceptionally hoppin’ good time. You might even be found somewhere over our rainbow dreaming and wishing your time here really doesn’t have to end. Don’t be green with envy if you miss out, that pot of gold might be yours after all.

August 12-17 - 102nd NW Washington Fair
It’s the Northwest Washington Fair and although we are just west of the Lynden Fairgrounds, Birch Bay is the place to cool off after your days of fun or between the long days of fair play.

September 7-8 - Thanks for the Memories
Celebrating a great summer especially with our members. We salute you with a free Ice Cream Sundae Social, "Movie In The Park" (weather permitting) and lots of extra fun activities.

December 31 - January 14th Annual Ring of Fire and Hope”
What New Year Celebration would be complete without this peaceful event? Join the community of Birch Bay as we reflect upon 2013 and RING in 2014 in our very own special tradition.
