From Marysville: Take Hwy 20 east. Go 11 miles, turn left on Marysville Road. Travel 11 miles. Turn right, still on Marysville Road. Travel 2.8 miles to Oregon House, turn left on French Town Road. Travel 1.2 miles to the preserve.

From Reno/Donner Pass: Drive west on I-80 to Hwy 20, turn right. Drive west to Browns Valley. Turn right on Marysville Road, go 11 miles. Turn right, still on Marysville Road. Travel 2.8 miles to Oregon House, turn left on French Town Road. Travel 1.2 miles to the preserve.

From Northern California: Drive south on I-5 to Red Bluff. Take Hwy 99 south to the Hwy 149 interchange (Chico, Oroville Hwy). Take Hwy 149 to Hwy 70. Go south on Hwy 70 to Marysville. Turn left on State Hwy 20. Turn left on Marysville Road, go 11 miles. Turn right, still on Marysville Road. Travel 2.8 miles to Oregon House, turn left on French Town Road. Travel 1.2 miles to the preserve.

PRESERVE DESCRIPTION

This 950-acre campground is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains on the fringe of the Sacramento Valley. Its private, 120-acre lake offers great fishing, swimming and boating. If you don't have a boat, you can rent one. Your whole family will enjoy taking a trip on one of our patio boats. Try your luck at panning for gold, view the wildlife including deer, take a swim in our pool or enjoy a game of tennis.
